A Goodbye to Everyone!

Today is our last day here at Casa Telmex Tuxtla. We began with the elephant game that we played earlier this week. It seems to us that everyone enjoyed it a lot because it is a mix between two games that they like: Splat and Zoologico. After that activity, we did an activity about the different types of leadership. We had four groups and each group had more or less four people. In groups, everyone did short theatrical pieces that showed the different types of leadership. The presentations seemed to go well and we hope that everyone enjoyed them a lot. After the presentations, we had a discussion about the program in general and which things that had learned from the program. Many of the participants told us that they had learned more about communication and how they can work in a team with others. We are very happy that we had the opportunity to get to know the participants of the program and that we could help them to learn more about leadership and how they can be leaders in the lives of others. At the end of the session, we played two games that were difficult when we played them the first time. We began with "Human Knot" and it was really interesting because we had more students than facilitators but, the students solved three knots! The facilitators were successful too and we are very happy because the first time, the facilitators couldn't do it. Congratulations facilitators! We ended the session after this activity but many people stayed to exchange their contact information with the other. After this, we began our final game of Zoologico and everyone enjoyed it a lot.

We hope that everyone has learned a lot from our course about themselves and others too. We think that the skills that were developed in the program are very important to be a leader and we hope that everyone considers themselves a leader today. Many thanks to everyone for coming. Good luck in all of the challenges that come your way!
