A little fat man in el Parque de Marimba

Last night, after dinner, we went to Marimba Park again to listen to music and to watch other people who were dancing. In the park, there was this chubby little man that was dancing funny and he was hilarious. He didn't dance very well, but he was having fun, and that's what's important. We left without dancing, and that made me a sad panda, but we're going to try to return later with some Casa Telmex facilitators.

We returned to our hotel and before we went to sleep, we had a video conference with YeSeul. YeSeul and her Pato were of good health and we had a very nice conversation with them.
Today was the first day of Facilitator of the Day, something new to our program. Every day we are going to have a different Casa Telmex facilitator that will lead an activity. Today, Leti led the activity called, "Mine Field" a competition between five teams with people that had blindfolds on (so they couldn't see) and other people on their team that had to help them (with only their words) walk through obstacles (the mines) that they could not touch. During this activity, the students and the facilitators learned much about communication and teamwork. Also we noticed that, sometimes, it's better to use the path that no one else was using.
Also, we made Scratch presentations about some world problems. In pairs, we thought about something that we wanted to change in the world, and we created presentations with a message about the problem. We are going to see the presentations tomorrow, but it seems to me that everyone made a good presentation.
We ended the session with Zoo, a game that we have already play and it went better than the first time. It seems to me that all of the students and the facilitators are very intelligent and also that everyone in the programs has learned something and will continue to learn more: the students, the Casa Telmex facilitators, and us, the MIT mentors.

  2. People who complain about flabby middles may have abdominal bloating problems without even realizing it.

Stomach exercises won't do a thing for your bloating, so it's important to determine how much of your problem stems from this common occurrence.

  3. The distention of the stomach causes abdominal discomfort, and the gas and bloating expels the air and relieves the discomfort.
